Hamilton Police search for credit card thieves

Hamilton Police are asking the public’s help to identify two suspects who stole a purse and then used the stolen credit cards to make fraudulent purchases at the Hamilton Marketplace.

Police said the suspects stole a purse and wallet from the victim at the Hamilton Marketplace Barnes & Noble, located on Route 130, on Sunday, Oct. 16. The suspects then went to Walmart and Bed Bath & Beyond and made fraudulent credit card purchases with the victim’s card, according to a statement from the police department.
