The Princeton-Blairstown Center is participating in Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving to encourage philanthropy. The goal of the holiday—set for Nov. 29—is to connect diverse groups of individuals, communities and organizations around the world to celebrate charities and general generosity.

The Princeton-Blairstown Center is participating in Giving Tuesday by sharing photos and videos of the people who visit the 264-acre campus with the hashtag #WeLovePBCBecause and reasons why the center makes them feel supported, empowered and inspired.

“This is our first time participating in Giving Tuesday,” Pam Gregory, Princeton-Blairstown Center president and CEO, said. “It’s been inspiring to have our students and volunteers articulate the reasons they love PBC. It’s a great opportunity for the Mercer County community to embrace the season of giving with measurable impact.”

The center helps vulnerable youth change their behaviors and futures for the better. At the center, young people have the opportunity to leave distractions behind and to build bonds, self-confidence and leadership skills through adventure-based experiences and personal challenges.
