Hamilton to hold Annual Dr. Luther King Tribute

Hamilton Township Mayor Kelly Yaede invites residents to celebrate the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., on Thursday, January 14, 2016, at Hamilton Township’s 13th Annual Tribute to Dr. King. The tribute will take place at Faith Baptist Church, located at 2111 Kuser Road in Hamilton, beginning at 7 p.m.

The annual Hamilton Township program will include remarks from Mayor Kelly Yaede, musical performances, a keynote address by Faith Baptist Church Pastor Lance Walker and the awarding of the Hamilton Dr. King Spirit of Community Service Award to Thomas G. Mladenetz, the Executive Director of the Catholic Youth Organization of Mercer County.

Hamilton Township expresses a special thanks to event co-sponsors the CYO Bromley and the J.O. Wilson Neighborhood Centers, as well as Faith Baptist Church, which graciously hosts the ceremony and will provide light refreshments following the tribute.

Admission to the ceremony is free.
