To help area residents achieve their 2016 goals, Washington Crossing UMC (The Crossing) is set to offer a variety of weekly classes free for community members. Starting in February, area residents will have the opportunity to learn new skills or brush up existing skills. Classes will run from five to twelve weeks in length and will be held at The Crossing and off-site locations.

Classes include foreign language learning, computer skills, stand-up comedy and photography among others. The classes will be taught by volunteer members of The Crossing. A professional stand-up comedian, competitive ballroom dancers, experienced carpenter, PC experts and certified language teachers are among some of the volunteer instructors and helpers.
