Hamilton Elks celebrate 53rd anniversary

Hamilton Elks Past Exalted Ruler John Shorey, left, presents Ed Stackhouse, owner of 33’s Barber Shop, with the Citizen of the Year Award and Thomas Gribbin, Chief of Mercerville, Rusling, Hamilton and Nottingham Fire Districts with the First Responder of the Year Award. The Hamilton Elks Club celebrated its 53rd anniversary with a dinner and awards ceremony honoring those who exhibited outstanding achievement during the past year.

Hamilton Elks Past Exalted Ruler John Shorey presented Ed Stackhouse, owner of 33’s Barber Shop, with the Citizen of the Year Award, and Thomas Gribbin, Chief of Mercerville, Rusling, Hamilton and Nottingham Fire Districts with the First Responder of the Year Award. The winners were awarded for their commitment, dedication and service to the community. Also honored was Hamilton Elks Past Exalted Ruler Mike Rasimowicz.
