CurlKit to host Let Me School You May 23

CurlKit is set to host “Let Me School You” on Saturday, May 23 from noon to 7:30 p.m. The event will take place in The College of New Jersey’s Education Building located at 2000 Pennington Road in Ewing.

The day will feature top beauty influencers who will provide a wealth of information aimed to empower, educate and inspire. The event will also include activities, workshops, giveaways, deals, guest appearances and Mercer County’s first look at the Curly Seasons art exhibit by Lavett Ballard. Ballard was recently selected out of 1,500 as one of 20 emerging artists to represent the New York area in the Bombay Sapphire’s National Emerging Artist Competition, where her work was displayed in an exhibition at the Rush Art Gallery in Chelsea.

Based in Ewing, CurlKit is a complete solution for women with naturally curly hair of various textures. They provide exclusive services, product samples, tutorials, videos, how-to manuals and information to help lifelong naturals, as well as, women who are choosing a newly natural hair style.
