Trenton Thunder mascot, Boomer, and his friends presented two assembly programs at Kisthardt Elementary School on Feb. 20.

The students enjoyed Boomer’s Book Buddies, a literacy promotion effort that encourages reading outside of school, and Boomer’s Baseball Tour, a program that promotes learning geography and writing correspondence.
