Princeton Public Library is set to host a film screening and discussion with the filmmaker Feb.6.

Matthew Pillischer is set to lead a discussion after the screening of his film, “Broken on All Sides,” at 7 p.m. in the community room, 65 Witherspoon Street, Princeton.

The library said “Broken on All Sides” is a documentary about race and poverty within the criminal justice system and the belief that mass incarceration of blacks has become today’s version of Jim Crow segregation.

The library said the screening is funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
