On April 25, 2015, Eagle Scout John Waaben of Lawrenceville BSA Troop #27 completed his Eagle project. A ground breaking ceremony celebrated the culmination of over a year of planning and work to install memorial trees on behalf of the Lawrence Township Shade Tree Committee. The Memorial Tree Park is located off Princeton Pike at the Dyson tract and provides the opportunity for residents to have Dawn Redwood trees planted in a person’s memory.
