Firefly Festival to return June 22

Terhune Orchards is set to host its annual free Firefly Festival.

The festival, which features an evening on nature, music and outdoor family fun, is scheduled for 4 to 9 p.m. June 22.

Children will have the opportunity to make their own bug boxes, antennas and firefly wings as part of the celebration. There is a $5 charge for craft activities.

Children can also participate in Schafer’s Gymnastics’ Art of Flying and wagon rides around the farm.

Miss Amy and her Big Kids Band are scheduled to perform.

In addition, Pam’s Firefly Tent is set to include grilled chicken, hot dogs, corn on the cob, homemade salads, gazpacho, watermelon slices, pie, apple cider, doughnuts, cookies and more for purchase. Adults can enjoy a glass of wine in Terhune’s winery tasting room.

Terhune Orchards is located at 330 Cold Soil Road, Princeton.
