Chefs prepare sustainable meal at Terhune Orchards

Terhune Orchards hosted Sustainable Fare for Sustainable New Jersey on July 25.

More than 170 people attended the dinner, which served as a fundraiser for Sustainable New Jersey.

Local chefs who donated their time and talent include Daniel Brunina, Sarah Hecksteden, Michael Rabenowitz and Josh Thomsen of Agricola, Aaron and Rory Philipson of Blue Bottle Cafe, Christopher Albrecht, Kristin Gumber and John Crawford Koeniger of Eno Terra, Scott Anderson of elements/Mistral, Jonathan Benno of Lincoln Ristorante and Christine McGrath of Meals for Reals.
