Posing outside the freshly-painted Nature Center at Washington Crossing State Park is Park Naturalist William Gragilla.

Over the summer, the new non-profit group Washington Crossing Park Association, Inc. of New Jersey facilitated a full painting of the Park’s Nature Education Center. Through a generous donation of an anonymous donor, the Association worked with the State and Park management to get contractor bids and to have the Nature Center fully painted on the outside.

The Nature Center is located within Washington Crossing Park adjacent to trail heads of miles of hiking trails and offers year-round programs. The mission of the Washington Crossing Park Association is to preserve, enhance and advocate for the Park.
