The Pennington Borough Economic Development Commission recently announced Flutter Boutique, located on South Main Street in Pennington, as the recipient of the 2015 Business of the Year Award.

The Economic Development Commission chose Flutter Boutique from among several worthy nominees. The award, presented to business owner Linda Martin, is designed to highlight a business that is found successful in the eyes of its community and to recognize its significant contributions to economic growth.

“We are pleased to see Flutter Boutique receive this award. It is well deserved,” said EDC Chair, Eric Kollevoll. “Everyday Linda brings to her business and the community a level of energy and we want to thank her for all her contributions.”

Former councilman, Edwin “Weed” Tucker was also recognized for his many years of public service to Pennington Borough.

The organization also hosted its 5th Annual Business of the Year Social honoring Flutter Boutique and Weed Tucker last month at Sun National Bank in Pennington.
