Flowing with Ease class to begin Sept 17

New Class Offered for Adults in Hopewell Borough this Fall – A Unique Combination of Healing Modalities Designed to Help Release Stress

On Thursday, September 10 at 8:45 a.m. Marla Hanan and Sharon Silverstein, both of Hopewell Borough, will offer a class to introduce people to Flowing with Ease, a seven week series that begins on September 17 and runs until October 29, 2015. The classes will be held at the Hopewell Train Station at 2 Railroad Place in Hopewell.

The Flowing with Ease series includes an hour and fifteen minutes each week of a yoga practice, a guided meditation and a Flora Corona application. In addition, participants will be able to take home a CD of guided meditation, a bottle of a Flora Corona elixir and weekly handouts. The cost for the introductory class on September 10 is $12. Tuition for the seven-week series is $140.
