Re/Max Tri County, headed by broker/owner Rosalie Daniels, will be celebrating its 25th anniversary on Jan. 1.

A franchise that is independently owned and operated, it is a full service company with agents that specialize in residential and commercial real estate, rentals and new construction. As its name suggests, Re/Max Tri County serves Mercer, Burlington and Monmouth counties, and has expanded to Middlesex County as well. The office now has 67 agents.

“I am proud that we came into the marketplace in the early ’90s,” Daniels said. “After just a few years, the firm became No. 1 in Mercer County, and has dominated the market ever since.”

Daniels started her career in real estate in 1986 as a sales associate with Weichert Realtors. She was selected to the company’s management apprentice program and then became manager at Weichert Realtors in East Windsor. She then worked for a developer, Comprehensive Realty, before the opportunity arose to start her own Re/Max franchise.

“At Re/Max Tri County, we have created an environment that allows agents to have no ceiling on what they are trying to accomplish,” she said. “We are a group of professionals under a common roof. Each agent can spread their wings as they see fit.”

Daniels said the office has been adding new agents and creating teams. Administrative assistants handle the paperwork so the agents can focus on getting out and assisting their clients.

She noted that one of the biggest changes in the industry over the years has been in technology, which Re/Max Tri County embraced from the start.

“Technology allows our agents to be more mobile and provides more efficient ways of running a business,” she said. “We were the first in the area to have a voicemail system and now have a Follow Me system so that agents can receive their calls anywhere. The clients benefit greatly.”

“We survived the recession, and the market is strong now,” Daniels said. “There is a shortage of good inventory. Homes that are priced properly sell quickly.”

Daniels said that what sets Re/Max Tri County apart is their level of professionalism, years of experience and mentoring teams.

“For agents here, it is a career,” she said. “They are leaders in the industry.”

The office strongly supports charitable causes, especially those focused on helping children and the betterment of the community. It is one of the top Re/Max fundraisers in New Jersey for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, raising more than $1.3 million since becoming a member.

On Sunday, Nov. 13, the office will host its annual Photos with Santa Day. Activities and a raffle will be featured, with the proceeds going to the Children’s Miracle Network.

Daniels said that Re/Max Tri County is in the top three offices in Re/Max of New Jersey for business transactions.

“We make a major financial impact in the community,” she said. “So far this year we have paid more than $4 million in commissions, and have helped more than 700 families find homes.”

In 2014, Re/Max Tri County was presented with the Corporate Award from the Hamilton Township Economic Development Advisory Committee for its dedication to finding homes for businesses and residents in the community.

Daniels said she really enjoys her career in real estate.

“I like the challenge and enjoy watching the impact I have on people’s lives,” Daniels said. “It is very emotional and rewarding to watch people realize their goals and dreams.”

Re/Max Tri County is located at 2275 Route 33, Suite 308 in the Golden Crest Corporate Center in Hamilton. Phone: (609) 587-9300.
