On Tuesday, the Hamilton Township Police Division was transformed into a fairground for National Night Out, an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, better places to live.

Children met police officers and their K-9s, rode in fire trucks, and participated in dozens of family-friendly activities.

All photos were taken by Suzette J. Lucas.
