Hamilton to honor township businesses at Oct. 25 awards celebration

Hamilton Township will honor local businesses at the 43rd annual Economic Development Distinguished Achievement Awards Celebration. This year’s dinner will take place on Thursday, Oct. 25 at The Stone Terrace by John Henry’s, located at 2275 Kuser Road, Hamilton.

This year’s distinguished award recipients include:

Small Business Award – Crown Trophy of MercervilleLarge Business Award – Sparta SystemsNon-Profit Award – Joey’s Little AngelsMaurice T. Perilli Business Volunteer of the Year Award – Tracey DestribatsMayor’s Beautification Award – Gennaro’s Italian Restaurant and Tomato PiesMayor’s Dedication to Community Service Award – Bob DeLorenzoImpact Award – Hamilton Continuing Care

“These businesses and community leaders represent the very best in our town and our local economy, which continues to remain robust and vibrant,” Mayor Kelly Yaede said in a statement.

The event will begin with networking and cocktails at 5 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the 2018 Hamilton Township Economic Development Distinguished Achievement Awards Celebration cost $65 each and are available online at htedac.eventbrite.com.
