Hamilton Pop Warner team wins championship

Hamilton Pop Warner Junior Pee Wee Blue team players and coaches poses with Mayor Kelly Yaede.

Former New York Giants player Jesse Armstead gave Hamilton Pop Warner Junior Pee Wee Blue team a pep talk before their state championship game.

After completing an undefeated regular season, the team defeated the Freehold Giants 39-12 for the championship Nov. 17.

The Junior Pee Wees also met Hamilton Mayor Kelly Yaede before they left for the championship game.

Players are Ezio Bocchini, Arise Ceide, Chase Cronce, Christopher Cronce, Eddie Emde, Giovanni Guzman, Bryan Hoffman, Anthony Ippolito, Naszir Isabell, Trent Kounelias, Cole Lederman, Quasim Maine, Joshua Morrison, Brandon Muir, Louis Pasculli, Dedrian Perkins, Kevin Santana, Cameron Severin, Rickey Spruill, Makhi Stokes and Davien Vernon.

Head coach Keith Zimmerman and assistant coaches Ryan Lederman, Lou Pasculli, Joel Cronce, Ed Emde andRickey Vernon lead the team.
