Ewing resident and Notre Dame graduate Richard Wesner received his Eagle Scout award on July 11, 2015.

Wesner’s Eagle Scout project was to restore a M-55 Howitzer that was in the Persian Gulf War by U.S Marines.

Notre Dame graduate Richard Wesner received his Eagle Scout award on July 11, 2015. Wesner is with Troop 26 at Incarnation Church. He is the son of Patrick and Marlene Wesner.

Wesner’s project was to restore a M-55 Howitzer that was in the Persian Gulf War by U.S Marines. The Howitzer is located at the Lawrence National Guard Militia Museum on Eggerts Crossing Road in Lawrence.
