PEAC to hold Night of Cycling

PEAC Health and Fitness is set to host a Night of Cycling on May 6.

From 6 to 6:30 p.m., PEACycling instructor Bryn Mulligan will give a presentation called Women on Wheels where she will discuss topics specific to women including choosing equipment, riding etiquette and energy requirements.

From 6:30 to 7 p.m., PEACycling director Chris Draper and Ross Hart from Hart’s Cyclery in Pennington will instruct participants on how to quickly and easily change a tire, perform routine bike maintenance and select the right equipment.

From 7 to 7:30 p.m. PEACycling instructor Jeff Angelini will discuss cycling and triathlon training. He will give an overview of preparing for a first triathlon, how to improve triathlon time, choosing appropriate races and how to train safely and effectively.

The program is $10 for non-members and free to members. Registration is requested

PEAC is located at 1440 Lower Ferry Road, Ewing.
