PEAC Health & Fitness is set to display artwork from local, autistic artists Tyler Bell and James Hogarth in April in observance of National Autism Awareness month.
Tyler Bell is 20 years old and has been a member of PEAC since 2010. His mother said language is a challenge for her son. He uses painting to communicate his love of color, joy and his perspective on life.
His paintings have been exhibited at Hopewell Valley Vineyards, Small World Coffee and Sumo Sushi, and sold at charity events across the country. Tyler and his family reside in Pennington.

James Hogarth is 24 years old and a PEAC employee. He has attended Princeton Child Development Institute since he was a child. He resides with his family in Bridgewater.
Hogarth typically uses markers and pens to create his drawings, which usually feature people, animals or common objects from the environment. His artwork has been featured on Toys‘R’Us holiday cards and tote bags.

Both Bell and Hogarth plan to donate artwork to the silent auction for PEAC’s Runway to Runway fundraiser to benefit the Sunshine Foundation scheduled for April 20.
