Ewing High School student to play baseball at Rider

Ewing High Baseball Player Paul Sparano signed a NCAA Letter of Intent to continue his education and baseball career at Rider University.

In his junior year, Sparano had a batting average of .410 and compiled a record of 7-2 on the mound with an ERA of 2.15, while leading the CVC in strikeouts.

He was named to the first Team All-CVC and first Team All-Area in both The Trentonian and The Times of Trenton. In addition, he was named the Mercer County American Legion League Pitcher of the Year this past summer.

In the spring of 2014, the future Bronc will earn his fourth varsity letter in baseball.
