Communal menorah lighting set for String of Pearls’ Chanukah celebration

String of Pearls Congregation is set host a celebration on the seventh night of Chanukah.

Their celebration includes stories, song and food.

Latkes, falafel and other food will be served for dinner. There will be craft time for kids throughout the evening.

Participants should bring a menorah for the communal menorah lighting and songfest, set to begin at 6:45 p.m.

The congregation will be collecting donations for Womanspace during the celebration. The Holocaust Survivor Cookbook will be on sale.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Dec. 3 at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton, 50 Cherry Hill Road.

Tickets are $5 per person or $18 per family.
