Boy Scouts visit Ewing Kiwanis Club

Bruce Wentworth, scoutmaster of Boy Scouts of America Troop 15 and Life Scout Timilehin Akinosho were dinner guests at a recent Ewing Kiwanis Club event in celebration of the club’s 100th anniversary.

Wentworth spoke about the history of Troop 15 and the principles/goals of Scouting. Akinosh, meanwhile, talked about his current Eagle Scout project ,and the positive impact scouting has had on him in the development of leadership skills and self confidence building.

Commemorative Arrows and a financial donation were presented to the Troop 15 by the Kiwanis Club during the event.
