Bordentown’s History in Bloom Annual Garden Tour set for June 23

The Bordentown Historical Society will host its History in Bloom Annual Garden Tour June 23 from noon to 5 p.m. Tickets are $20 each and are available at Shoppe 202, the Bordentown Historical Society Museum or

Guests embark on a self-guided tour of private gardens and parks throughout Bordentown City. Stroll through beautiful “hidden” gardens of Bordentown private homes and parks.

Tours will start at the Bordentown Historical Society Museum, located at 302 Farnsworth Ave. Attendees will meet at the museum to pick up a brochure with a tour map and discounts to local restaurants and businesses. There will be musical performers as guests pick up brochures and purchase tickets the day of the tour. There will also be artists on hand painting gardens.

Ticket holders will receive special discounts offered by many of the local restaurants and shops in downtown Bordentown. Proceeds for this tour go towards the restoration and preservation of the Bordentown Historical Society Museum building and archived materials.
