Nikita Tipnis of West Windsor attended the Hugh N. Boyd Minorities Journalism Workshop held at Monmouth University. The two week training led by working journalists included writing and photography workshops, field trips, and the production of a newspaper, “The Mosaic.”##M:[more]##

Tipnis, a rising senior at High School South, is a member of school clubs and is a hospital volunteer. Her travels include time in Singapore and Malaysia. College plans include majoring in business and finance and a career on Wall Street. Her article, “New Perspectives Hit the Press,” is on the front page of “The Mosaic.”
