WW-P High School North team wins PClassic computer competition

The freshman computer programming team from High School North finished in first place in the Novice Division in this year’s Philadelphia Classic.

The team included Allen Chang, Jason Chang, Arvyn De and Anshul Tripathy.

PClassic is a computer programming competition for high school students hosted by the Dining Philosophers—an engineering undergraduate student club of the University of Pennsylvania.

Prizes and awards are given out to the top scoring teams. The spring PClassic was held on March 30 at University of Pennsylvania, where 250 students from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia competed in two programming groups—Standard Division and Novice Division.
