I am infuriated with a letter in the Views and Opinions section.##M:[more]##
Someone suggested that the new elected town council should “solicit” the views of all town residents who did not vote. I did speak with my vote. I didn’t even need to be “energized” to vote. I take my right to vote very seriously, having been reminded during the Memorial Day weekend that many have died to protect my right to do so.
For the 80 percent of residents who didn’t vote, shame on you. You missed your oppurtunity to voice your opinion.
