Taylor Goode of Plainsboro, a junior at Peddie School, received third prize in the 140th Declamation Speaking-Acting Contest on December 7. Goode performed a selection about a slightly converted cynic’s point of view about community service and the welfare system from “Three Ways Home” by Casey Kurtti.##M:[more]##

Drama and speech teacher Jeffrey Holcombe led the event, which featured 15 students acting out excerpts from novels, movie scripts, and plays.
