Robbinsville resident Susan Banas raised more than $1,500 for the Princeton Breast Cancer Resource Center at a fundraiser she organized on April 21.

The event was a special pampering day for breast cancer survivors and their friends.

The attendees received manicures, facials, makeovers, hand and arm massages and a bag of makeup and skincare items.

Numerous vendors sold their products and contributed a percentage of the profits to the center.

Proceeds are set to be used to provide free programs to women throughout their cancer journey including wellness, mind and body programs, support groups and patient assistance funds.
