The Planning Board approved an application for a childcare facility at 240 Cranbury Road at its January 6 meeting.

The 3.7-acre parcel has a single family home that will be modified for childcare usage. The operating hours of Honeybee Day School will be 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. The school is for children ages 2.5 to 13.

The new facility will be an expansion for Honeybee proprietors Megharani and Suresh Thube, who currently operate a daycare out of their Penn Lyle Road home.
