Manish Anand, a West Windsor resident since 1986, released a new CD, “Thank You Man,” an anthology of compositions spanning 15 years in music. “Each composition offers the listener a unique and unbiased sound for the senses,” says Anand, also known as OddMe. “Each composition challenges the listener in adventurous sonic worlds.”##M:[more]##

Oddme’s musical journey began in the early 1990s as a DJ. He gradually moved into music production focused on club music, creating compositions for dance labels and his own releases. He also collaborates with club DJ Chris “Subject” English in the creation of the underground dance group Beatlevel.

The CD opens with “Bright Eyes,” featuring traditional sitar and modern sounds. Other tracks featuring modern rock, acoustic, and some Indian lyrics include “Fading Away,” “Can You Feel,” “Lost in Time,” “Why,” and Tum Ka Ho.” The title song, “Thank You Man,” presents Oddme’s view on war, justice, and its catastrophic end.

The CD is available on Cdbaby.com and will go to I-tunes for digital downloads. Visit www.myspace.com/oddme.
