Florence Cohen, a retired Prudential Financial employee and a West Windsor resident, has received a Prudential CARES Volunteer Grants Award $250 to benefit Project Freedom. The organization provides housing and support services to low-income, physically disabled individuals.##M:[more]##

Approaching her 13th year of service to the organization, Cohen serves as a member of the board of trustees and chairs multiple committees. She appears before various local governmental bodies on behalf of Project Freedom to inform officials of the growing need for housing. The waiting list for available housing in New Jersey exceeds 7,”000.
