A string orchestra comprised of teens from West Windsor and Plainsboro performed holiday music at area nursing homes in December. They performed on violins, violas, and cellos at Bear Creek Nursing home on December 23.##M:[more]##

The violinists include Ensign Kaul, sophomore, High School South; David Hui, sophomore, High School North; Michael Hui, eighth grader, Community Middle School; Gareth Dicker, freshman, High School South; and Andy Lin, eighth grade, Community Middle School.

The violists include Alex Dicker, senior, High School South, and Patrick Lin, sophomore, High School North. The cellists include Daring Kaul, senior, High School South; Louisa Ying, freshman, High School North; and Brian Hui, eighth grade, Community Middle School.

On New Year’s Eve, the same group went to Hamilton Continuing Care with trumpeter Yusuke Shimasaki, a senior at High School South, and an exchange student from Japan. Shimasaki led Auld Lang Syne in a rendition that brought smiles to many of the
