Mercer County Community College faculty to display art

Painter Paul Mordetsky’s “Transfusion,” oil on panel, is among the faculty works on display at the MCCC Gallery Sept. 10 to Oct. 3.

Mercer County Community College’s arts faculty is set to display their work at the school’s gallery.

The faculty show includes works by full-time and adjunct faculty who teach visual arts, advertising design, digital media arts and fashion. the exhibition features a variety of mediums, including photography, painting, fashion, textile and several interactive pieces.

Among the featured artists are Patrick Auletto of Chesterfield, Allegra Ceci and Beth Dubrow of Ewing, Sandra Davis of Burlington, Yevgeniy Fiks, Lucas Kelly and Tina LaPlaca of Princeton, John Monahan of Three Bridges, Paul Mordetsky of Hightstown, Mircea Popescu, Kyle Stevenson of Hamilton, John Sunkiskis, Sarah Sweeney of Highland Park, and Michael Welliver and Nancy Zamboni of Mercerville.

The 2013 Faculty Art Exhibit is scheduled to be on display Sept. 10 to Oct. 3 at the Gallery at MCCC, 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor. A reception is set for 5 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 12.

Gallery hours for this show are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursdays.
