Cupid’s Chase set for Feb. 8

Community Options is set to host its sixth annual Cupid’s Chase 5k in Princeton.

Cupid’s Chase is the largest, national, simultaneous charity 5K run in the country held by any nonprofit organization; Princeton is one of 24 race locations across eight states.

The run takes place every year right before Valentine’s Day. Runners wears an “available” or “unavailable” shirt to wear for the race in hopes of sparking a love connection.

Proceeds from the run benefit Community Options’ housing and employment programs for people with disabilities.

The organizations is celebrating its 25th anniversary Feb. 9, the day after Cupid’s Chase.

Cupid’s Chase is scheduled for 10 a.m. Feb. 8. at the Princeton Shopping Center, 301 North Harrison St.
