Richard Weidel III shakes hands with Connie Mercer of HomeFront to honor the collaboration of their organizations to help combat homelessness.

HomeFront has joined forces with Weidel Real Estate, through their new Community Partners program, to help combat homelessness. Whenever buyers purchase a home through Weidel Real Estate, they can have a portion of the home price rebated as their tax-deductible donation to HomeFront. That gift can have an even greater impact for buyers whose companies offer matching funds, as Weidel will help facilitate getting those funds to HomeFront. In addition, Princeton Mortgage is refunding their mortgage application fee for buyers who donate to HomeFront through the Community Partners Program.

If you or someone you know is house-hunting or if you would like more information, visit weidel.com/communitypartners or call 1 (800) 288-7653.
