Upcoming events at Mercer County Connection

Mercer County Connection has several upcoming workshops.

There will be workshop about consumer affairs on April 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The chief of the Mercer County Consumer Affairs Commission will be available to answer questions about difficulties with local businesses, information on avoiding fraud and other issues.

There will be a workshop about gardening in small place on April 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. County horticulturalist Barbara Bromley will be giving tips on how to make the most of the space you do have and enjoy it to the fullest.

There will be a workshop about understanding GERD and Barrett’s Esophagus on April 22 from 6 to 7 p.m. Dr. Jason Rogart, director of interventional gastroentoralogy and therapeutic endoscopy at Capital Health will discuss signs, symptoms and causes of gastroesophageal reflux disease and Barrett’s Esophagus.
