Thanks to Rec Department and Lifeguards

Share post:

The West Windsor Recreation Department recently installed a handicapped lift at the community pool. As a family with a 15-year-old son who has muscular dystrophy, we greatly appreciate this lift. The lift has made it possible for David to enjoy one of his favorite activities again since he broke his leg last winter. He is able to exercise in the pool, which is great for his health. More importantly he is able to spend time with his friends at the pool.

We would also like to thank the manager of the pool and the lifeguards. They have been extremely helpful and supportive every time David goes to swim. He looks forward to swimming and wants to go to the pool every day!

We also hope this letter to the editor lets more people know this great lift is available at the pool.
