Senior Citizens Day A Success in West Windsor

Share post:

Some of us in the “slow lane,” like me, realize that it has been nearly a month since the celebration of Senior Citizens’ Day in West Windsor. But as the song goes: “The song is over but the memories linger on.”

I refer to the luncheon and entertainment of Friday, May 14. More than 200 seniors showed up; the logistics must have been awesome. But thanks to Director Lynn Thornton and her staff it proceeded without a hitch.

The entertainment provided graciously by the volunteer song and dance group Syncopation Dance Group of Village Grande was professional and exciting. Heartfelt thanks for the memories go to the great community of West Windsor, Lynn and staff, and Syncopation.
