Re: Tales of Two Developments

I have been reading many articles about the American Cyanamid site and the transit village site for years. In the article you want township residents’ opinions. I do not want to see any more large-scale townhouses and development in West Windsor. The single residents’ taxes are going sky high, and with more people in the township it will only be worse. There will be more traffic, more kids in the schools, more need for police, firemen, public workers, etc, with more people in the township. Why would a resident who pays taxes want that?

I came to a beautiful township, and now we are being told we have to be an urban one. I am for progress, but not on the bankbooks of the taxpayer. You do not get my support of these two projects. Focus on the residents who are here paying taxes and meet some of their needs and not the ones that are not here yet.
