Panel discussions for King Week 2013 are set for Jan. 22 and 23 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The events are scheduled to take place at Mercer County Community College’s James Kerney Campus, 102 N. Broad Street, Trenton.

These public forums are hosted by Anwar’s Reflections, a media outlet based in Trenton.

Anwar’s Reflections said the discussions are based on Martin Luther King’s question “where do we go from here- chaos or community?”

Anwar’s Reflections said panelist will discuss how residents better serve our communities, whether everyday acts of community service help to bring King’s well-known ‘Dream’ into existence in the 21st century and what they think would King do if he were alive today.

Panelists are set to include writer Will Deshair Foskey, playwright Rashad Walker, Trenton NAACP President Kieanna Childs Alexander, along with community activists Duncan Harrison and Jerell Blakeley.
