The Mercer County Clerk’s office will be moving from its present location to 240 West State Street in Trenton, in January 2016, for approximately two years. The Mercer County Improvement Authority is beginning renovations to the Courthouse Annex, where the County Clerk’s Office is currently located.

During that time, all of the County Clerk’s services, and its public record room, will be available to the public at the 240 West State Street location (which was previously a Holiday Inn hotel).
