The Zoning Board of Adjustment held its monthly meeting Wednesday, September 27, after this issue of the Echo went to press. The agenda included two applications:

396 Mount Lucas Road; seeking a variance to permit construction of a new single family house on a non-conforming lot that does not meet the minimum required width.

30 Dorann Avenue; extension of a variance approval.
