420 Mount Lucas Road, Gretchen J. Godwin and Joseph F. Ciofalo, owners. Variance to permit the location of air conditioning condenser in exception to the required side yard setbacks.

801 State Road, State Road Plaza. Use and bulk variances for two-story, mixed-use building.
