Most county offices closed for Labor Day

Most Mercer County offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2015, in observance of Labor Day.

The following County offices will be closed on Monday, September 7, and will reopen for business on Tuesday, September 8: McDade Administration Building, 640 South Broad St.; Criminal Courthouse, 400 South Warren St.; Office of Mercer County Clerk, 209 South Broad St.; Civil Courthouse and Office of the County Surrogate, 175 South Broad St.; and Mercer County Connection, Route 33 at Paxson Avenue, Hamilton.

All branches of the Mercer County Library System will be closed on Saturday, September 5; Sunday, September 6; and Monday, September 7, reopening on Tuesday, September 8. Sunday hours, which apply only to the Lawrence, Ewing, Hickory Corner and West Windsor branches, will restart after Labor Day.

The following County offices and facilities will remain open on September 7: Trenton-Mercer Airport; Correction Center; the Marina at Mercer County Park, noon to 6 p.m.; the Tennis Center, 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; all four County golf courses, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; the Equestrian Center, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the Wildlife Center, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the County Sheriff’s Office; and the Emergency Services Communications Center.
