Mercer County to host Spring Food Truck Fiesta

Mercer County Park is set to host a Spring Food Truck Fiesta on Sat, April 18 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Participating food trucks include: Amandas Bananas, Baron von Schwein, Bonjour Creperie, Brazilian BBQ, Cow and the Curd, Cupcake Carnivale, Dark Side of the Moo, Empanada Guy, The Feed Truck, Five Sisters Catering, Flying Deutschman, Food Truck 7, Kami, I Love the Pizza Wagon, Luscious Bakery, Oink & Moo BBQ, The Outslider, PB&U, Pompier Catering, Surf and Turf Truck, Tot Cart, Waffle De leys, Whirly Pig and Underground Donuts. The event will feature live music by Philadelphia Funk Authority, Kindred Spirit and Jason Didner and The Jungle Gym Jam.

Wine pairings will also be available by Hopewell Valley Winery and a beer truck will serve beer on tap.

Food Truck Fiesta is family and pet-friendly and will offer a variety of childrenʼs activities including a race track, several bounce houses, pony rides, petting zoo, human hamster balls and an all-ages interactive art installation.

This year the event, presented by Stark & Stark, will benefit Trenton-based One Simple Wish; an organization committed to brightening the lives of abused and neglected children one simple wish at a time. 50% of the proceeds will benefit the organization.

There is a $5 admission fee which covers all childrenʼs activities and live music. Free for children two and under.
