Investors Bank representatives Bridget Vargas, Assistant Branch Manager Hopewell Office (front left) and Linda Martin Senior Market Manager (front right), present Lawrenceville Main Street with a check to fund the organization’s 15th Annual Summer Concert Series “Music in the Park.” Accepting the check are, from left, LMS Board Member and The Lawrenceville School Dean of Students Blake Eldridge, Lindsey Bohra Executive Director and LMS Board Member Marissa Nami.

Thanks in part to a $2,500 grant from Investors Bank, Lawrenceville Main Street is set to host its 15th Annual Summer Concert Series, a free 10-week program with varying styles of music every Thursday evening which began June 11 at Weeden Park.

Lawrenceville Main Street applied for the grant from Roma Bank Community Foundation; Roma Bank became part of Investors Bank in early 2014. The foundation supports non-profit organizations that enrich diverse communities served by Investors Bank.

A Concert Café a la carte dinner offered by a local restaurant or eatery precedes each concert at 6:30 p.m. The musical acts take the stage every Thursday at 7 p.m. and range from the local community concert band to rock and country bands.

To see the concert line-up for this summer, along with the eateries for each date, visit lawrencevillemainstreet.com. In case of inclement weather, call (609) 219-9300 after 4 p.m. on the day of the concert to hear if the event has been cancelled.
