Lawrence Township to offer yoga classes for Seniors

The Lawrence Township Office on Aging is set to offer spring yoga classes for seniors starting Friday, April 10 at 9 a.m. The eight week yoga series will be led by Cheryl Dzubak and take place at the Lawrence Township Senior Center, 30 East Darrah Lane in Lawrenceville.

Yoga is believed to improve balance, lung capacity, strengthen muscles, promote relaxation and reduce stress. Cost for the series is $24.00 for Lawrence residents 60 years of age and older.
