Lawrence Senior Center to offer Tai Chi and Yoga

The Lawrence Township Office on Aging is set to offer fall Tai Chi and Yoga classes at the Lawrence Township Senior Center starting this fall. Registration for the classes is now open.

Yoga classes will be led by Sheri Dzubak and are set to begin on Friday, September 11 at 9 a.m. Tai Chi will be led by Glenn Swann and is set to begin on Monday, September 21 at 10:30 a.m.

Both classes will consist of eight sessions and will help to improve balance, lung capacity, strengthening muscles, promote relaxation and reduce stress.
